Below you will find helpful information about our Christmas and New Year activities and events for 2024.

If I can’t get there because of inclement weather?
Unless Newbridge on Usk is forced to close due to the inclement weather, we will not be able to refund or transfer bookings.

Can you offer transport to and from the Celtic Manor Resort?
Complimentary shuttle bus transfers travel between Celtic Manor Resort and Newbridge on Usk for those with an evening dinner reservation (excludes New Year’s Eve). If you are staying overnight at a another hotel, please note transport is not provided.

Do I have to pay for parking?
Complimentary parking is available on site for Newbridge on Usk guests and visitors.

How do I order a taxi?
Taxis can be booked from the main reception desk.

Can you send me a Christmas brochure?
We do not have a printed Christmas brochure. All information relating to festive stays and dining can be found on our website.

How do I inform you of dietary requirements?
Please advise a member of staff on the day of your visit of any vegetarian, vegan or allergen dietary requirements.

I don’t like the menu. Can you provide something else?
Whilst we will make every effort to cater for all dietary requirements, we are unable to provide alternatives to the set menu outside of those requirements.

Can I see the special dietary menu?
Menus are available to view on our website.

How do I reduce the number of people in my party?
Please contact the events team on 01633 410 252 to reduce the numbers within your party. Please note that all deposits are non refundable and non transferable

What are your payment terms?
No payment will be taken during booking, though your card details will be retained as a guarantee. Please review your booking confirmation for details on your specific cancellation policy.

Can I book Christmas lunch if I am not a hotel guest?
Yes, visitors can book online here.

Can I visit Newbridge on Usk on Christmas Day if I am not a hotel guest?
Newbridge on Usk is open on Christmas Day to those who have a pre-booked reservation for either lunch or accommodation.

A £25 non-refundable deposit is required during booking, with the remaining balance due 6 weeks prior to the event date.

We welcome everyone, regardless of their requirements. Please note some tables at this restaurant are located upstairs, therefore please let us know in advance if you require a ground floor table.

If you require assistance, please inform us beforehand. If we cannot accommodate the requirements at your chosen event, we will endeavour to arrange an alternative venue.
