Always wondered the tricks to making desserts look good in a 2 AA rosette restaurant, want some secrets for your own dinner parties? Before desserts are served, the Newbridge Head Chef will welcome you into our private dinning room where he will join you to share some skills and give some tips on ensuring your plates have a real WOW factor.

Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy seasonal canapes with a welcome drink, followed by a main course and dessert demonstration. This experience will be limited in numbers, so book your place now.
