Easter Sunday Dining

Leave the hard work to us this Easter Sunday and enjoy one of the best Sunday lunches in the Usk Valley with live music*.

Take your pick from starters such as smoked mackerel tian with a beetroot and cashew salad or honey roasted ham hock terrine with a carrot remoulade and cider pickled vegetables.

Then move onto irresistible main courses including Newbridge garden herb stuffed lamb shoulder, Welsh sirloin of beef, pan roasted salmon supreme or baked goat’s cheese.

Finish off your Easter Sunday feast with dessert with choices such as mascarpone panna cotta with marinated strawberries and meringue or sticky toffee pudding with tipsy dates and clotted cream ice cream.
