It’s the time for meat lovers to enjoy their culinary staple in this week-long celebration of the deliciously varied world of beef.
As part of this celebration, the chefs at Newbridge will be offering a smoked côte de boeuf for two to share as a limited special addition to the menu.
Cooked on the bone to accentuate flavour, this smoked cut is complemented by rich truffle mash, braised red cabbage, peppercorn sauce and a red wine jus for a meal that’ll live long in the memory long after the taste has left your tongue.
