Valentine's Day Dining
With its romantic cosy atmosphere and rural setting, our gorgeous country inn is the perfect place to enjoy an evening of delicious food at our 2 AA Rosette awarded restaurant, fine wine and the fabulous company of your heart’s desire.
Begin your romantic feast with starters such as green chilli and lime king prawns or rabbit pie served with smoked carrot and radish, followed by cleansing Penderyn and blood orange sorbet to refresh your palate.
Once your appetite has peaked, you’re free to indulge in delectable mains including succulent rump of Welsh lamb with pomme puree and leek, or the irresistible glazed beef short rib with wild mushroom rendang and roast shallot.
To round off an evening of great food and greater company, take your pick of a sweet or savoury dessert, be it Irish cream pavlova, rhubarb and custard panna cotta, salted caramel tart or a selection of Welsh cheeses. Finally something sweet to finish the night, passionfruit pastilles and almond fudge.
